Don was born in Lincoln, but grew up in Alliance, Nebraska. He graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising from the University of Nebraska and then ventured to Poland to work in internet advertising. Don jumped at an opportunity to work for an interactive advertising agency on Madison Avenue in New York City, but after 9/11, Don and his wife, Magda, chose to move west to Colorado. That’s where Don met Matt. They started tiling together and formed Paradigm Flooring in 2003 where Don’s focus has evolved towards business operations and development. In his spare time, you’ll find him trying to keep up with his four kids and dog as they camp, hunt and travel together.
Matt was born and raised in Lincoln, Nebraska and graduated from Nebraska Wesleyan University. Matt’s passion is to continue to bring in good people and help them grow professionally and personally.
